1. Data we collect

We collect information that you provide and limited technical information generated when you use the webshop.

• Contact and delivery details: name, email address, telephone number and delivery or billing address.
• Order details: ordered products, quantities, prices, delivery method, payment method and order status.
• Payment information: payment status and transaction references. Card details are entered directly into Stripe and are not stored by us.
• Messages you send to customer support and information needed to resolve your request.
• Technical and security data such as IP address, browser or device information, session identifiers and server logs.
• Analytics information only if you consent to analytics cookies.

2. Why we use your data

We process order and delivery information to perform the purchase contract, take payment, deliver products, handle returns and answer order-related questions.

We process information where required by accounting, tax, consumer-protection or other legal obligations. We also use limited technical data for our legitimate interests in keeping the webshop secure, preventing fraud, diagnosing errors and improving customer support.

Optional analytics is based on your consent. You may refuse or withdraw that consent without affecting your ability to use the shop or place an order.

3. Who receives your data

We share only the data needed for a service with providers that help us operate the shop. These may include our hosting and technical providers, Stripe for card payments and fraud prevention, our email provider, delivery companies, and Google Analytics if you consent to analytics.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal claims. We do not sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we use providers that rely on an applicable adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer safeguard.

5. How long we keep data

We keep order, invoice and transaction records for the periods required by accounting, tax and consumer-protection law. Support correspondence is kept while it is needed to resolve the request and protect legal claims.

Expired or abandoned checkout information, technical logs and session data are retained only for the period reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting and operation of the webshop. Analytics data follows the retention setting in Google Analytics and is processed only where consent applies.

6. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in data-protection law, you may request access to or a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.

To exercise a right, contact us using the email shown on this page. We may need to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia or the competent supervisory authority in your country.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we limit access and use encrypted connections where appropriate.

We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
